“Do you ever get the feeling you've been cheated?” These words describe how the creators of the new quarterly magazine, Swindle, feel about the magazine world in general, and why they decided to publish this ground-breaking new title. It's not that they hate magazines, but they did come to the conclusion that paying 5 or 6 dollars for a magazine that is read once and thrown away one week later, is hardly good value. They also felt that no existing title offered broad, timeless content or stories and art that make you want to keep them so that you can revisit them again and again. Now Swindle fills that void.
